Concord Security Corporation is a B.C. owned and operated security firm that was founded in 1982. Starting with
our very first client, our aim was to provide service that would "set the standards" for the security industry in
British Columbia. Even though we have grown tremendously from the time of our first client to our present client
base of over two hundred clients, our goal has remained the same.
The evidence of our success is shown in the retention of clientele. As seen in the chart below, over three
quarters of our clients have been doing business with us for over 5 years! This type of customer loyalty is
rare in many industries and particularly so in the competitive security guard industry.
We have established a solid position throughout British Columbia based on our commitment to exceeding the
expectations of our customers. For the past five consecutive years we have been named one of the top three
largest security guard company in B.C. (Business in Vancouver) with a security guard force of now over 700
employees strong.

Concord Security prides itself on being a full service security company. We offer everything from security
guard services to mobile patrols, CCTV systems to alarm systems, private investigation services to locksmith
services. We view ourselves as partners with our clients with both parties sharing the goal of providing a safe
and secure workplace for everyone. By offering this wide range of services we are able to be the sole source
of security services for our clients.
At the same time we do not claim to be all knowing in the realm of security. If we ever run into a situation
where we feel we cannot adequately service a client’s needs we will make use of our vast network of business
partners to find someone who can provide the products or perform the services required. Our network of business
partnerships is something we have built up over time through hard work and honest business practices. We feel
comfortable recommending any of the products and services our partnerships can offer. Our partnerships allow
us to offer products and services throughout most of Western Canada.

Any company can promise the world. We have all dealt with companies that promise one level of service or
satisfaction but as time moves on you discover that they cannot or will not deliver what is was they promise.
At Concord Security we deliver what we promise and we don’t promise more than we can deliver.
Since 1983 we have built a client base on the foundation of delivering on our promises. We are able to provide
a long list of long-term clients that can verify that we “deliver the goods”. We are keenly aware that falling
short of client expectations not only has immediate direct costs but more importantly impacts the company’s
